Saturday's are required to work each week as most guests check in/check out on this day.
Inspect, wash and fold all laundry and stock in appropriate areas for 16 Units weekly.
Pack Linen Bags for room cleaning for cleaners.
Take inventory on all linens each week.
Answer phone calls and take messages.
Handle emergencies within capabilities and contact manager for any immediate issues (ex.
A/C units, electrical issues) Assist in reviewing all paperwork for homeowner's records (reservations, payments, etc.
) Help handle all homeowner's requests during their stay.
Help maintain kitchen inventory of items in units and spares in office.
Help with hurricane preparation and securing resort for evacuation.
Assist during deep cleaning (washing all linens from units, inspection and replacing inventory items, and helping with installation of new items).
Help maintain pool and common area(ex.
trash pickup, cleaning, and organization) Other duties as assigned by Manager or Board of Directors Job Type:
