Responsibilities, experience and skills:
greet and welcome guests assist guests with check-in, check-out process make, change and confirm reservations answer all incoming telephone calls obtain and verify guest information, post charges, verify credit cards information provide customers with high level of service, assist in individual requests and questions about the hotel as well as the local area.
resolve guests issues in a calm, effective and timely manner problem-solving skills, discipline and organization are essential good team player Experience is a plus but not required Work Remotely No Job Types:
