Retail Sales Manager / Merchandise Manager
Retail Sales Manager / Merchandise Manager needed for High Volume Beachfront Restaurant and Entertainment Venue with Gift Shop Start as the in-store merchandiser, sales manager and salesperson.
Earn the owner's trust and grow into a buying and multi-unit position.
Restaurant gift shop management experience is a plus.
Must:
- Be able to work directly with an owner who has design input and is currently the buyer- Have at least $3M volume experience in a high energy setting as a Merchandise Manager/Buyer with on-floor sales experience - Have experience setting up Sales Booths at Special Events- Have experience with online sales - Have experience with inventory, setting pars, ordering and displaying branded merchandise - Ability to work late nights, long hours in-season and planning during the off-season - Be able to use QuickBooks for retails sales, budget & inventory - Be analytical, good at reporting and very DETAIL oriented- Be the top salesperson and develop/coach other sale people- Be able to connect with customers and employees from the region- Be a patient trainer and manager - able to take small steps toward long term goals- Present well and be hip, energetic, and enthusiastic Apply today:
