Experience:
Two or more consecutive years of restaurant management experience with tenure. Must have upward mobility within your resume. Must have stability.
Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities
High Volume of at least 3 Million a year in sales with full service concepts
Must have bar experience

Excellent communication and people skills
The ability to hire, develop and motivate hourly associates
Provide our guest with quality food and exceptional service while entertaining the guest.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to create and communicate a vision.
Hold yourself accountable to personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
Respect for individuals (customers, vendors, and employees).
Flexible in approach, can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
You must be able to work days, nights, and or weekends as required.
Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
Move about facility and stand for long period of time.
Lift and carry up to 30lbs.
